Return & Refund Policy
At Gian Sagar Herbo Pharma, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept the return of unused products within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, a full refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost, as this is non-refundable).
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your return.
Conditions for Returns:
- Discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Gian Sagar Herbo Pharma. Items bought from third-party distributors or retail partners are not eligible for returns.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Failure to meet these criteria may result in a restocking fee or disqualification from a refund.
- To avoid damage or loss during return shipment, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds can only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
- If the returned item is deemed unsuitable for refund, we may return it to you.
- Please note that we require proof of return delivery for the refund to be processed.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 1-4 business days.
We aim to accept all returns, but we reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the return criteria.
